Shipping & Returns


We currently ship within Canada and the United States. We do our best to ship all items within 72 hours of purchase. Any orders placed on weekends or on holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Currently, we do not ship furniture outside of Canada. Orders are shipped through Canada Post. Shipping charges are non refundable. 

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. When your shipment has been prepared, an email will be sent with a tracking number. 


Taxes will be applied to all orders within Canada based on your provincial sales tax rates.

We are not responsible for any additional duties, taxes or charges that are incurred through the shipping provider.

Promotional Codes

If a promotion code has been provided, only one will apply to your purchase. Please enter the promotion code at checkout. 

Returns & Exchanges

If the item you purchased is not quite right, email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt and we will gladly refund or exchange your item. All apothecary, footwear, including socks and sale items are deemed final. All items must be returned in original packaging, unopened and in new condition without damages. We do not refund original shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the items have been received and inspected. 

Missing Orders

Unfortunately, Meg Cassidy does not take responsibility for any orders that have been misplaced or stolen. 

Custom Furniture

All custom furniture orders are deemed final and non refundable. All custom furniture orders are required to sign off on our terms and conditions sent with the invoice provided at purchase.
